We work hard to make our website accessible to people with disabilities in order to promote equal rights and transparency towards people with disabilities.
An accessible website is a website that allows a person with a disability to browse with the same level of efficiency and enjoyment as other users, using the capabilities of the system on which it operates and through technologies that assist with accessibility.
The accessibility adjustments to our website were made in accordance with Regulation 35 of the Equal Rights for People with Disabilities Regulations (Accessibility Adjustments to Services) 2013, the Israeli Standard TI 5568 based on the WCAG 2.0 guidelines for Level AA, and subject to changes and adjustments in the amendment published in Reshumot on October 26, 2017 to the regulations dealing with Internet accessibility.
The site supports the use of assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigation by using the Tab and Shift + Tab keys to move between links, the arrow keys, the Enter key to select, the Esc key to exit menus and windows, and pressing H or a number to move between headings. The site also has an accessibility bar that allows you to improve the keyboard browsing experience and change the screen appearance as needed to make browsing the site easier.
How does accessibility work on the site?
As part of making the site accessible, accessibility adjustments were made as follows:
*It is important to note that despite our efforts to make all pages on the site accessible, it is possible that a number of pages may be discovered that contain external components that are beyond our control and are inaccessible, and additional pages may not be accessible as required due to some technical error.
This website can be browsed in an optimal and accessible manner using common browsers, and it is recommended to use the following browsers: Firefox or Chrome and the latest NVDA screen reader software combined with the Karmit speech engine.
If you find an accessibility issue on the website or need help, you can send us accessibility feedback via the contact form on the website, or contact the Accessibility Coordinator….
