Our story

The Pasticaria Food Truck was born from our boutique factory in Givat Shaul in Jerusalem.

In our factory, we produce a variety of fresh, high-quality, and delicious pasta every day:

Ravioli with special fillings, long and short pastas, gnocchi, a variety of types of lasagna and handmade tortellini.

We send all of these to restaurants and cafes across the country.
